PSP System Firmware Updater

Have you ever considered upgrading your PSP firmware? If you like some of the new features Sony has released in firmware, this might be the place for you. This Topic is on how to upgrade your PSP firmware with a USB Cable.

it is required to have a fully charged battery before you update your psp. any interuption during the update process may lead to a "brick".

FYI: these firmwares are usually used in updating your psp's operating system, they are commonly integrated with applications in modifying, upgrading, installation of custom firmwares. during the update process, if your psp freezes or the update is not complete, interupted, or for not known reasons it just shuts downs by itself or self terminated, there is a big chance of bricking your psp which will render your psp useless.

for fully hackable psp recovery from brick is possible by using pandora.
for HEN units: recovery from brick is not yet possible.

To install: copy the UPDATE folder to your E:/PSP/GAME folder.
